This net is composed by computers linked physically each other, therefore it
isn't build upon any existing network. Netsukuku builds only the routes which
connects all the computers of the net.

Hmmm - so which particular wires/wireless band is this proposing to use to connect all these computers together then? Someone somewhere is going to have to invest in an alternative infrastructure if it's not to be build upon any existing network.
