I just placed a trial order for prime ostrich fillet from OsLinc. If it checks out well, it may be on the menu this Christmas.
Only 2% fat, red meat so it can be eaten anywhere from raw to charred, and cheaper than beef fillet (just) - although postage is 4.99 on top so that kind of closes the gap unless you order loads.
