You had cancelled the SSL certificate on 2006-09-21 08:50 PM and set the
termination date for 2006-10-26 11:00 PM. When this was done, your
domain name was by default re-pointed back to the IP address of the
server. We have discussed this with our backend developers who should
now have fixed any further problems of this nature. When an SSL is
cancelled, it should now retain all DNS information. I do apologize for
the inconvenience. You should be able to change and DNS entries for
your domain at this time. If you have a problem doing this please let

Perfectly reasonable behaviour *if* you tell the customer, and first line support know all about it so they don't just give you a knee-jerk response when you call.

I wasn't sure if they did dedicated servers but it seems they do. Although probably resold from someone else. Hopefully not oneandone.

He actually set up a fax-by-email service, not especially for me though, but I use it to fax Mum and she can fax me back all without me needing a real fax machine.
