Scaled composites are go for their second flight today, which - if successful - will win them the $10M prize.

Damn, they've junked the music in favour of a continuous beep. However, they're streaming real pictures while they continue to set it all up. Best quote heard before the beep (conversation between the techies): "I'm on my 19th hour" "Jeez - you should get the X Prize!" -- simon

Yes, I caught a tiny bit of that. Still watching the stream, which seems to be having ad breaks every 2 minutes - but luckily the ads aren't in the stream so you get to watch the presenters swearing at each other :-) -- simon

vids now up... some are very big, some are very small..... preflight (BIG) apogee reentry descent prelanding pilot must live postflight(BIG) Pre and post flight is where the action is at, but the others are small by comparison. -- bombholio
