That although there are 4 perfectly good DBA's who have been running their systems since forever (or 9 months in my case) they will be kicking us all out of the door at the end of next month.....
at the same time, they are advertising our jobs (for more money than they're paying any of us).....without even bothering to ask us if we want them....or telling us that the jobs are available...
