Chef xxxx xxxxx

So I was just browsing hotels, as you do, trying to set something up for our forthcoming 10th wedding anniversary (it's a surprise, but there's less than no chance she'll ever read this), and found this (with a screen grab here for after they fix it).

I think I've heard of their chef (xxxx xxxxx), who has developed a menu that combines classical cuisine with contemporary taste, apparently.

And some of their specialities include xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx.

I shall try and get a discount for pointing out this embarrassing bludner.
