Sounds a good deal - though I do confess that I prefer venison to ostrich when it comes to low-fat red meat.
I further confess that I have a stack of nicely fatty (and hence very tasty) streaky bacon from Salisbury market in the fridge. Doesn't shrink to nothing when cooked either, unlike the supermarket claims-to-be-bacon-but-is-really-mainly-water rubbish. And some proper black pudding too.
Cholesterol, wassat?
