It's a West Virginia joke. Moosehead is a (crap) beer anywhere else. In WV it's moose head. I bet Cara would have got the joke. Oh well, I tried. :)
Yep, a lot of companies are stuck on degrees. Usually works out for the best, as they're mostly companies I'd like to eliminate from my search. Agents are more of a problem than people who actually have work to do.
