What emergant technology is over the Horizon

I am planning to run an event this July on emerging technologies that may disrupt and change the way we all do business. The audience will be decision makers from Trade Associations.

I am looking for topic areas and ideas for speakers in those areas.

The Topics under consideration so far are:

ASP or ISP

XML/RSS push or pull

Open Source

A speaker from Microsoft

Voice over IP

Buy software vs renting time or support with free software.
