Actually, as I typed that I realised it doesn't mean 'the name is the same except that some of the characters are different', it actually means 'the name is the same except that some characters are different in case'.
Shame, that was looking like a good one.
I wonder why it doesn't just treat it like any file where a file of the same name exists in the destination? i.e. give me the option of overwriting or skipping. Instead, it's aborted the lengthy copy operation half way through, leaving no easy path to finishing the job. Brilliant. And very Windows-esque.
