Yup, another meme has escaped.
Light pipes for indoor illumination.

Memes will out one way or another... I recently read I.M.Banks' The Algebraist which uses something similar to illuminate space habitats.

Hi Dom!

I was only thinking about you yesterday - that'll be leakage via the Akashic records I guess.

How are you fixed for a get together (either location) in the near future?

:-> A get together RSN would be great... maybe over Easter? I'll know by then whether my bid for some Defra money to fund The Space For Waste has been successful or not... so I'll either be in high sprits or in need of cheering up ;-)

BTW, if by any chance you're interested in a superb night out in London, The Synergy Project happends on Friday. I'll be there as an official photographer - see my previous photos.

We're off to see a potential new place to live quite early on Saturday, so can't make it this time unfortunately. We'll keep an eye out for the pics though!

A get together over Easter sounds great.

By the way, can you have a look around your place and see if I lent you my copy of "The Rediscovering Lost America" (Arlington Mallery) last time I was over?

Oh yeah, where are you looking?

Cool - I'm happy to provide the venue & some food. Have you heard from Imagineer lately? maybe we invite him too...

> see if I lent you my copy of "The Rediscovering Lost America"

Don't think so, but I'll take a look through my shelves.

We're looking anywhere! Next Saturday happens to be at this place

Robert's quite active on CIX, but I've not seen him in person since the last time at yours I think.

If you haven't got it, I'll have to tear this place apart :-)

Very cute indeed.

Slightly scary name though :-)

Yes - I noticed that too...

It's not particularly likely that we'll move there for a variety of reasons, but we need to get back into the habit of doing the rounds of estate agents and viewings again.

Well I've just heard that another bid I'm involved in has been successful... A consortium of Kingston Green Fair, Green Futures, & Big Green Gathering have been awarded the contract to run a GLA sponsored London Green Fair on 5 June.

Interesting sites (and well done).
I'll be passing those links onto my friend who runs Future Energies and
Green Motorsport

Cheers. Regarding the websites, I'm pleased with KGF, but don't look too hard at Green Futures - I was asked to clean up the site after 3 years of inactivity just 48 hours before we handed in the bid!

Future Energies looks interesting, and I'll mention Green Motorsport at the event meeting tonight.

Very many congratulations!

How the heck you manage to keep on top of all of these I don't know.

I'm not sure I know either ;->

And I'm still processing the 460 pix I took at Synergy on Friday night... should be online in a couple of days.
