Yes, I admit it, this was the plan all along :-)

... dark choc + chilli, white choc + ginger + chilli, that's the idea.

It's excellent stuff, too, and they do mail order if West Sussex is too far to drive to.

Mmmmmmm indeed! I went to the 10th Annual Chilli Fiesta at West Dean yesterday (which is how I found these guys). I have never seen so much chilli-related paraphenalia in one place :-) Nearly time for another chilli evening, I think. -- simon

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried this combination... I've used them in a mexican sauce with a little tomatoe and loads of ground almonds. Rich but yummy :)
