Cheers dude and no I'm not really joking!

The longest run I've done in training was the Kingston Breakfast Run two (three?) weeks ago, in which I ran 16 miles in ~2h33.

Which is 3 minutes slower than the very first time I ran it back in March 2005; 11 minutes slower than March 2006; 15 minutes slower than October 2006; and 18 minutes slower than October 2007. You get the picture :-)

Been a lot on my plate lately. Running should be an escape from all that but it's not worked out that way. I'm determined to get fit again over the summer though. If I survive the marathon.
