Sadly I'm not familiar with the picture mentioned but I can guess what it might be!
For those interested the petition to register your disapproval is at www.gopetition.com.
Currently the anti-logo petition has around 18,000 signatories. The pro-logo petition has around 10.
I'm glad I'm not alone in thinking that the new 2012 logo is total crap on every conceivable level. Of the suggested alternatives I liked the idea of the one using the tube map design. Since the underground map has become the basis for every rail and bus route map in the world, I think this would be excellent starting point for a design.
