In a flash of brilliance also known as "who gives a shit, it's only a test login", I was born as 'Pooface Ruggles'. (I don't like that they force a surname from a list -- 'Pooface Nobcheese' would have been much better, obviously).
But before I do anything else, I'll explore the new client a bit. I installed it last night and all the large grey squares which made up about 50% of my viewing area seem to have been replaced with texture maps, so that looks a bit more encouraging.
