I have to say I agree about the current Apple USB keyboard. The first one I got, with my Mini, pretty quickly -- 3 months? -- started to exhibit stickiness, not in the sense I'd been viewing too much downloaded porn, but in the if-you-don't-hit-it-exactly-square-it-doesn't-depress-properly sense.
Very annoying.
That one will go back to John Lewis, whose after-sales is second to none. The one that came with my Mac Pro has yet to start exhibiting the same symptoms, but that'll go back to JL as well.
I like the sound of your EKII... do you have another you'd like to part with?
