Oh dear... sorry to hear things not going so well. I've some space at the flat for 'stuff' if you run out of time. At a pinch I could also put you up for a while but it's not ideal from the pets' point of view.
Is Hugo sorted for somewhere else?
When do you have to be out by?
Presumably if you buy you eliminate half the barriers, but I suppose you've thought of that and if you were in a position to do it you'd be doing it.
