Open Source Speech Recognition Software

I know Hugo's been interested in this subject, and finally there's an open source application.

So let's see... I want this technology on a chip, and applied to:

- light switches
- tv
- video
- hifi
- door locks
- central heating
- bathroom equipment

... etc :-)
