We are very pleased to be able to hold this event once again at Swallowfield Park with the kind agreement of the new owners and management. As usual, there will be hot food, mulled wine and a spectacular fireworks display.

To avoid the overcrowding that occurred last year, we are restricting attendance to a total of 1600, so you are strongly advised to buy your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Traditionally, even in years when it has rained all day, it has cleared up for the fireworks, so don’t wait to see what the weather is like or you might not be able to get in. Advance ticket prices are : family ticket £12 (includes entrance for two adults and up to two children, so it is really good value); adult £6.00, child £3.00) . Make sure you tell your friends and relatives about it!

To ease the strain on the parking facilities, please try to share cars or park in a Swallowfield friend’s driveway, even if you arrive early enough to use the signposted parking. If all parents could ask friends and relatives to do the same, it would ease the parking situation considerably.

Don’t forget to bring a torch for the walk back to your car – it will be very dark.

Tickets will go on sale from October 20th at Swallowfield Stores, Spencers Wood Post Office, Arborfield Stores & Henry Street Garden Centre. Tickets on the gate will only be available if we have spare capacity after advance tickets have been calculated (gate prices: £15 for a family ticket; £8.00 per adult, £3.00 per extra child).

Money raised from this event will go towards projects to benefit the school.
