Chilli for one

A recipe.
1/2 lb lean beef mince
6 x sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
6 x spring onions, sliced
4 x tablespoons chopped tomatoes
2 oz feta cheese, broken into 1/4" cubes.
4 x 2" long fresh cayenne peppers, sliced
1 oz butter
Some pitta bread

Melt butter in medium hot frying pan, add spring onions and half the cayenne peppers. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add mince, cook for a few minutes until browned.

Add sun-dried and chopped tomatoes, rest of cayenne peppers.

Reduce heat slightly, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add feta cheese and stir in.

Warm two pitta breads under grill for 30 seconds a side.

Serve in bowl, with pittas alongside.
