SSH tunnels need starting and stopping by hand. See pipes for details.
Forward lookup of certain machines are missing, but only ones not in current use.
Reverse lookup of certain IP need updating. Reverse lookups of 3 active machines now correct.
First line of /etc/hosts must be of the form:
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain
ie localhost.localdomain last, or MySQL grants are unhappy.
8 (9?) IP are allocated. 3 are in use.
