Fading software giant hitches itself to BBC

Basically it means Microsoft gets to crib the ideas from the Beeb's many dozen creative web folks, and in return provide them with shitty beta software to evaluate. Its non-exclusive, so when none of MS's software works, they can carry on using Linux.
