2004 Questing Conference
by Simon at 17:29 07/05/04 (Blogs::Simon)
Just received notice from Andrew Collins about this year's Questing Conference, which is on 6th November.

I'm considering going, anyone else want tickets while I'm booking them (Dom?)? 10% Discount if we get 4 of more together.

There's a dedicated website here, for more info.

Tempting... although I'm inclined to wait until some of the speakers are announced

Hmmm, I'll think about it... I'm way less enamoured of this type of conference than I used to be.

I'm sure all the talks will be interesting and thought provoking, in much the same way as a good novel is. But will there much "truth" or new scientifically verifyable data in them? For instance I'd be seriously amazed if anyone could really offer "Priory of Sion - The Whole Truth"...

That said, I'm still a sucker for well-formed stories about our ancient origins & lost knowledge.

Yeah Simon - 23:47 07/05/04
I'd be going purely for the sonics talk, and maybe to find someone to have a chat with about stuff.
