Bosnian Pyramid discovered

Here's a find - a 10,000 year old, 100m tall man-made pyramid discovered* in Visoko (20 miles north of Sarajevo).

Potentially very significant. I note that FENA News say it's "the first European pyramid"... isn't Silbury Hill also a (stepped) pyramid?... cetainly SH was long ago "noticed" to be man made. I'd like to know the basis for rumormillnews' claim of a 10,000 year dating for Visoko... clearly we need a full English translation of http://piramida.blogger.ba/ -- thoth

Indeed, Silbury is a chalk stepped pyramid - but you know what these people are like, if it hasn't got four faces it's not really a pyramid. I'd also like some more detail on the claims, but I don't know anyone who speaks Bosnian. You must come over some time for a traipse about the landscape! -- simon

Congratulations!!! You've found yourself a bosnian interpreter. I was a bit sceptic at first. But now I do belive. I've been in Visoko BiH on the pyramid. I have seen the evidences, and it's amazing. You can feel it up there. Pictures on web and TV are one thing, but to be able to see it with your own eyes is the real thing. I do strongly recommend visiting the Bosnian pyramid. Hi Salih, Thanks for the links, and the invite! I'm very interested in alignment and dimensions - the second of your links mentions 365m as the edge length of the Sun pyramid, which I think would be an odd coincidence. Now that the excavation's started, I'll have to keep an eye on that news page. Regards -- simon

I've read an interesting article on http://www.bosnian-pyramid.net/ about the corners of the pyramid. It would be an easy way to proof quickly the existance, but they dig near the corners but not the corners. Then they've dug somethin on the top of it, but not the top!? I've seen some pictures on http://www.pyramids-in-bosnia.info/ that really let me think again about this whole thing. Every day I believe less in this mystery.
