Can I enable "View Comments (Flat Mode)" by default when viewing articles?
I almost always prefer being able to see all comments to an article. It would be nice to be able to set the option by default in my profile. Or am I missing something?

It's the very last option at the bottom of your "Edit details/Change password" screen.

There is a slight drawback doing this if you are taking advantage of the read/unread coloration - the act of viewing the thread in flat mode marks all the messages as read before constructing the output, so you won't be able to use the colour to determine which ones you haven't seen before.

I plan to fix this, probably by adding a new CSS class "justread" that can be set to yet another colour, but I haven't got around to it yet.
