Try it and see - you get a plain text version of the home page, rather than being redirected elsewhere.
It actually seems to be more complex than just 'no Windows, no site' - because I can fool the system into thinking I'm using Netscape for Windows and it gives me a graphical page (albeit quite a broken one).
